Instructions: Hold the brush part and insert it from tube-connector end of the adaptor. Gently push the brush all the way through the adaptor, careful not to bend it. Pull the brush through the adaptor from the other end with a napkin or similar. Do not insert the brush from the end facing the ear canal, as this may build up grease inside the adaptor.
